Internet Marketing Solutions, Inc. is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Approval is not guaranteed. All funding, loans, lines of credit, and leases are subject to the approval, terms, and conditions of third party lenders.
We do not offer credit repair
Internet Marketing Solutions, Inc. does not offer or sell credit repair. We do not dispute items on your behalf, contact the credit bureaus for you, or promise to remove negative information or raise your credit score.
Free personal credit education
Personal credit education and personal credit builder lessons are free, do it yourself content inside the Funding Journey app. We do not charge for personal credit help. The content is informational and is not financial or credit advice.
Optional done for you business credit building
Every credit service has a free DIY option. The Business Credit Builder itself is free, do it yourself content in the Funding Journey app. We also offer an optional paid Done For You service for business entities only, where our team does the business credit building work, such as setting up an EIN based business credit profile, vendor tradelines, and business listing and data consistency. It does not involve repairing personal credit. Results are not guaranteed. Pricing, terms, and cancellation rights are set out in a separate written service agreement.
Referral compensation
When you ask for help with business funding or leasing, we may connect you with a business funding broker partner. We may receive compensation from a broker or lender partner if a loan funds. This does not increase your cost. We are not a lender and approval is not guaranteed.
You can dispute errors yourself for free
You have the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information directly with the credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) and with the companies that reported it, at no cost. You can get free credit reports at AnnualCreditReport.com.
Your rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act
We do not offer credit repair. This summary is general information for readers. If you ever hire a credit repair company, the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) gives you important protections, including:
- A credit repair organization cannot charge you before services are fully performed.
- You must receive a written contract and a written statement of your rights before signing.
- You may cancel a contract without penalty within 3 business days of signing.
- No one can legally remove accurate, timely negative information from your credit report.
- You may sue a credit repair organization that violates the Act.
California Credit Services Act
As general information, the California Credit Services Act of 1984 adds protections for California consumers, including required written contracts and disclosures, a right to cancel within 5 days of signing, a prohibition on charging before services are complete unless a bond is posted, and a requirement that credit services organizations register with the state.
